We Do wet cleaning & pressing of items such as dress shirts, pants, suits.

Some items (wedding dresses, silk clothing, etc) we will send to the Dry Cleaners in Crescent City.

Add any special instructions in the notes section. For example:

Cold wash only

Hang the items in the separate small bag marked HANG.

Iron the items in the separate small bag marked IRON.

Separate whites and use bleach.

Preferences like these can be saved in your profile for future orders :)

No matter how you chose to use this service, one thing is certain that it will lighten your load.

Some people use it weekly to take care of the majority of household laundry/sheets/bedding, and still use their home laundry for things needed right away.

And setting up biweekly or monthly service is a good idea when you know you will be traveling often or have visitors in town.

Last by not least, it helps you not fall behind in doing laundry so you can go do something fun!

It offers convenience and saves you time being picked up and delivered right to your door.

You do not have to haul your laundry to the laundromat or take it to our store to drop off/pickup.

And you can schedule recurring times like trash service, set it and forget it.

Yes, simply leave your bags or hampers outside your front door.

We will text you when the driver is on the way to your home.

When we pick up, we will grab the bags & waive bye.

When we deliver, we leave the laundry on your porch or other specified location. Or you can add a note in your order to ring the doorbell or knock if you prefer.

Do not want to leave your bags at the front door?

No worries. Just let us know where you would like us to pickup/drop the bags in your instructions for the order (behind the side gate or in the carport etc).

Any time a service is provided, there are labor costs, machine costs, utility costs, vehicle costs etc associated with staying in business :)

In addition, there are employee shortages all around the US. We believe in compensating our employees higher than minimum wage.

You can specify a covered location to drop off in the notes section of scheduling if not by the front door.

You can opt to be home when the laundry is picked up or delivered.

Rain does not matter so much with water resistant bags like trash bags or our plastic bags, but you can store your laundry bags in a closed tote outside.

In addition, we charge based on dry weight after laundering process if the clothes are wet.

We have and maintain a standard operating procedure.

Inspect machines between customers. Often spray & wipe down in between orders.

Take machines out of service when issues arise.

Maintain a proactive maintenance schedule for our machines.

We will not dry clean with harmful chemicals.

We take care of garments using wet cleaning methods and steam press them.

Leather, suede, and microfiber materials.

Also, no dog beds or super soiled materials.

No, you may change our notifications to email only or unsubscribe from all.

We use reusable, machine washable gloves, face masks, hand towels.

The bags we package your laundry in can be reused for trash bags or you can return your dirty laundry in them too.

Any plastic bottles or cardboard is recycled.

Our large capacity machines are more efficient than home models using less water and extracting more water in the process leading to less drying time = less electricity used :)

Also, less water needed in the wash process means there is less grey water leaving our facility.

We installed a high-efficiency heat-pump for winter heating and summer cooling.

Lastly, we installed on demand hot water heater for better energy efficiency than tank water heaters.

We cannot process foreign payment cards.
